This booking is for customers who have chosen their gown and are ready to collect their dress for their event.
Cancellation Policy
Our Booking Fee is deducted from your hire fees when you pick your dress with us (we have over a 90% success rate). This is a non-refundable deposit on cancellations, no shows and rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment. The Booking Fee is transferable to an alternative booking if you provide more than 48 hours notice by calling directly to reschedule appointment.
