Returns Policy
We invest a large amount of time at our appointments to ensure that our customers have the opportunity to try on lots of different dresses (with no obligation to order or purchase unless they choose to). We never pressure a customer as it's important to us that they are happy with their choice. In the unlikely event that after your appointment you change your mind, or no longer require the dress, unfortunately this is through no fault of our own and refunds or exchanges cannot be made.

Appointments
I charge a small nominal fee (£10) for appointments. This is deducted from the dress hire once you’ve selected your dress. I do this to prevent people not showing up for their appointments. I ask that people are respectful of my time and attend their appointments. The Studio is in my home - so when I'm expecting customers family life goes on hold. It also means that someone else misses out if you take slots and don't show up. I do understand if life happens, so if you need to cancel please call me on 07886797265 to cancel. Please treat others how you would wish to be treated.

All appointments must have a responsible adult present and are for one person to be trying on dresses.

If you have any special needs that need considering, please share in advance of your session.
Event Promise
Every customer has to complete a booking form (if they are hiring or purchasing), this form captures the school or event that a person is attending. We will never knowingly allow the same dress to be sold or hired (even in a different colour) to anyone other customer attending that same event. Obviously we cannot guarantee that people get their dress from somewhere else, or incorrectly enter the information, but we will always strive to ensure that our Bonvivant ladies and girls are special and unique!

Terms & Conditions
Our full set of Terms & Conditions (for hire) can be found here. The most important points to note are that once a dress booking is confirmed it is non-refundable, and also if a dress is damaged then the cost up to the retail value is recoverable.
