Service Description

This booking is for customers who are returning their gown that they hired. Please return your gown in the dress carrier provided (with label and hanger) and we will arrange the dry cleaning for you.

Cancellation Policy

Our Booking Fee is deducted from your hire fees when you pick your dress with us (we have over a 90% success rate). This is a non-refundable deposit on cancellations, no shows and rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment. The Booking Fee is transferable to an alternative booking if you provide more than 48 hours notice by calling directly to reschedule appointment.
