Service Description
This booking is for a group of customers who have chosen their gown and are ready to collect their dress for Prom. Reminder that only cash or cheque are accepted for security deposits.
Cancellation Policy
Our Booking Fee is deducted from your hire fees when you pick your dress with us (we have over a 90% success rate). This is a non-refundable deposit on cancellations, no shows and rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment. The Booking Fee is transferable to an alternative booking if you provide more than 48 hours notice by calling directly to reschedule appointment.
